Harry A 's Bar & Grill

Fantastic atmosphere! The new owners are fabulous, the general manager is completely accommodating, Kit is the best waitress, the back security is friendly and fun, and the live music is perfect! We (8 ladies) take a girls trip every year and we are so grateful for everyone at Harry A’s for making us feel welcome. Kudos to the new owners and bonus points for their mom for letting me pet her adorable chihuahua #beautifulcrazy #GGW

After years of annual trips to SGI, we finally made lunch at Harry As. It was great, pleasantly surprised. The grouper was the best on the island. The bar tender could mix drinks well. The service was solid you didn't know they were stretched with staffing. The nachos were good, the cheeseburger was the best of the trip, the shrimp pboy and but were both tasty too.We will definitely make this a routine stop.They also allow pets so that is helpful for us.

Live music, good food for an early dinner. Staff was mostly friendly; and odd situation w/staff asking us to move to a smaller table after we finished our dinner ...they directed the other group to our table, who sat down, joined us before we got our check, yet it will not deter us from visiting here again. Oh yes, LOVED the green tomatoes!

Great atmosphere, yummy oysters, delicious dragon shrimp tacos, and friendly staff! Thanks to Laura for taking such great care of us. We'll be back!Adding another review as the restaurant has changed ownership. We visited the island in November for our anniversary and one of our first stops the morning after we arrived was Harry A's. We enjoyed the Bloody Mary bar and the fried green tomato appetizer. We had planned to order more, but our goldendoodle chewed through her leash and we had to cut our visit short. We went back on our last morning there and had the grouper sandwich and it was yummy. I didn't get many photos of food as we were hungry but don't miss out on this place. Next time we go I plan to try the smash burgers.

Stopped in on a late Saturday night. We were greeted right away. Sat at the bar. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Very clean and bright. John, the bartender, was attentive and very nice. Engaged in conversation. We ordered a half pound steamed shrimp as an app. The flavoring was amazing. The beer was cold. Had live music in the back area. Stays open late. Will return for dinner another day.

Best peel and eat shrimp I’ve had in a long time. New smash burgers are great. Had the Jack and wasn’t disappointed.

A must visit for SGI. Love their smash burgers. If you are feeling adventurous, try the one with peanut butter and jelly. It's delicious. We have always had great service and it's a fun beach town atmosphere.
